This is a Splendid 1895 Willows Paperback Wisden. The 32nd edition.

Otherwise known as the Light Tan edition this Willows 1895 has stunning boards and the contents, an exact reprint of the 1895 Wisden Paperback are exceptional.

Willows reprints were beautifully made and they make collecting affordable for many collectors.

Some Willows editions were printed in batches of 250, some in batches of 500. The 1895 had an initial print run of 500 and then a further 250 were produced which were un-numbered, this is from the second batch. It actually makes no difference at all as this edition is scarce.
