1919 Wisden Rebound Paperback – Very Good

£175.00 £140.00

This is a Very Very Good 1919 Rebound Wisden Paperback. The 56th edition.

The boards are in very good condition – as can be seen on the photographs the front and the rear have a pattern upon them, the binding was undertaken possibly over 70-80 years ago by Foyles of London. The front of the board is blank, year and title to the spine.

A Volume number is also on the spine, the original family member who had the set rebound had some years bound together, ie: 1864,65,66 and 67 – he had that named Volume 1. This edition is Vol. 30.

The original front and rear wrappers are lacking.

Internally the pages are in lovely condition, clean and bright throughout.

The page block is typically two tone and it is also in very very good condition.

A rare WW1 edition.
