1943 Wisden Hardback
£450.00 £360.00
Thank you for looking at this Very Very Good condition 1943 Wisden Hardback edition. The eightieth almanack.
The boards on this edition are in Lovely+ condition – they are strong and have no discernible bumping. The spine board is also lovely, firm and strong with minimal bumping. The gilt to the front and to the spine is super.
Internally this is a Very very good almanack with bright, clean pages and minimal ageing. The inside front and inside rear hinges are splendid, one minor blemish is a mark on the first right-hand page – this can be seen on the photograph.
The page block is clean, which is unusual for an 80-year-old almanack.
