1902 Wisden Paperback – Very Good+

This is a Very Good+ condition 1902 Paperback Wisden. The 39th edition of the almanack.

Both the front and rear wrappers are present, both are aged, the front moreso than the rear. The front wrapper has some light scuffing to the outside edges.Finding early Twentieth Century Paperbacks is becoming more difficult and whilst this edition is showing its age a little , it is still in very good+ condition.

There is a signature across the top of the front wrapper.

The spine is strong and bright, it is scuffed a little to the wrapper edges, all wording is complete.

Internally the hinges and pages within are in lovely condition – the front and rear hinge are a little tight to their facing advertising pages. The photo-plate and facing tissue guard are lovely.

The page block is  a little aged, it is over 122 years old, but overall good.
