1926 Wisden Hardback – Good Condition

Thank you for looking at this Good condition 1926 Wisden Hardback. The 63rd almanack.

The boards on this edition are in good condition. The photographs show that they are aged, with marks and dustiness but they are strong and firm. The gilt to the front is bright.

The spine board is also in good condition, in fact I would say for the year not is very good. Strong, firm with light scuffing to the top and foot. Typically (this occurs on the majority of 1925-1932 hardbacks) there is a very light fold line under the wording on the spine.

Internally this is a LOVELY condition almanack. The hinges are strong, the paste down pages lovely and the pages within are equally as good.

The page block as you would expect for a 99-year-old Wisden is dusty and a little aged.
